How is the mattress shipped and delivered?
Your mattress is vacuum-sealed and compressed into a compact box. It ships via FedEx and typically arrives at your doorstep within 2 to 5 business days.
Do I need a specific foundation for my GhostBed?
GhostBed mattresses work best on a flat, sturdy surface. This can be a box spring, a slatted frame (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), or an adjustable base.
Is the GhostBed mattress cooling?
Yes, our mattresses are engineered with proprietary cooling technology, including gel-infused memory foam and a breathable cover, to help regulate your body temperature throughout the night.
How do returns work if I am not satisfied?
If you are still not satisfied after the 30-day break-in period, simply contact our support team within the 101-night window to initiate a return and receive a full refund.
