Complete the Break-in Period
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the support and the materials to fully break in.
Initiate Your Request
If you still feel the mattress isn't right for you after 30 days, contact our specialized sleep experts via our online returns portal or phone.
Coordinate Pickup
Once your return is approved, we will help you arrange a local pickup through a charitable organization or a professional removal service.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive confirmation that the mattress has been picked up or donated, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
